Digital Product Policy

All products sold on People Tech Guide are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered and downloaded.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • You did not receive your product after purchase and we are unable to deliver it

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You have already downloaded and accessed the product
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You found similar content elsewhere
  • You did not read the product description carefully before purchasing

How to Request a Refund
